Definition of "Hippobum" Now Exactly Defined

The term "Hippobum" has been largely defined vaguely for some time. This period has ended.

After misunderstanding and confusion around the definition caused apathy to the term for members of The Existence Realm, the term was redefined in a straight, exact matter.

One of the problems with the previous definition was that the term Hippobum was originally intended to simply mean "Hippocrit", although the definition of which is also vague, and may or may not criminalize the idea of "revenge" and "vengance". Now, these are officially protected under the new definition of Hippobum:

HIPPOBUM DEFINITION #1:

Take persons A, B, and C. If A does something to B and does not officially stop, B complains about A's actions, and then (or while) B does/is doing the same thing to person C, then in this situation B is a hippobum, assuming A, B, and C are all different people.

HIPPOBUM DEFINITION #2:

Take persons A, and B. If A does something to B, B complains about A's actions, and then A officially stops, then B does that same thing to A after A stops, then in this situation B is a Hippobum, assuming A and B are different people.
