These basic rights are founded on Popular Consent and Utilitarianism.

the right to freedom of expression, including memes and fair criticism

the right to uphold privacy, personal affairs, and private matters

the right to make suggestions and appeal punishment

the right to not be treated unfairly, such as exclusion or harassment

the right to report abuse to members, staff, or users of ownership

Along with the Common Rights, all allies to the Empire are united under the Community Guidelines.
